The sooner we receive the e-mail the better the odds of a change being made.
In our attempt to process orders as promptly as possible, it is nearly impossible to cancel an order after it has been placed. You may, however, return items that you do not wish to keep. Please make sure to abide by our return procedures to ensure that your return gets processed correctly.
